Marketu is seeking a high-level Creative Project Manager to serve as the "Control Tower" for our production engine, acting as the primary liaison between our global client base and our elite internal execution hub. This role is designed for a strategic facilitator who can translate complex creative visions into bulletproof technical SOPs.

Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee creative video projects from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring every project hits our high standards of excellence.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Act as the final gatekeeper for all content, performing rigorous checks to ensure every frame meets Marketu’s elite aesthetic and technical standards.
- Workflow Architecture: Build and refine high-efficiency production workflows using multiple management tools to eliminate friction between clients and the editing hub.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary link for video projects, synchronizing with leadership to align on priorities and client expectations.
- Team Management: Lead regular team check-ins, performance reviews, and onboard new editors to align them with internal technical standards.
- Cultural Navigation: Serve as a bridge between various time zones and cultures, ensuring clear communication, total alignment, and cultural sensitivity.
- Process Documentation: Maintain immaculate project trackers, document progress, and refine technical SOPs to ensure repeatable excellence.
Abilities & Credentials
- Experience: 3+ years managing distributed, international creative teams or high-volume video production workflows.
- Technical Expertise: A solid background in video editing logic (Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve) is mandatory to perform effective technical QA.
- Cultural Adaptiveness: Proven ability to navigate a global workforce with high cultural sensitivity and adaptiveness.
- Communication: Exceptional English proficiency (verbal and written). You must be able to translate client feedback into actionable technical instructions.
- Systems Thinking: Expert-level proficiency in multiple management tools, CRM systems, and Google Workspace.
- Leadership: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Time Commitment
- Full-time
- 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday
- Must be available during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
