Overview
MarketU is hiring a Creative Project Manager to lead and manage video production and post-production workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, remote-first creative environment and has a solid background in managing timelines, communication, and content quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee creative video projects from planning to delivery
- Coordinate with editors, leadership, and occasionally clients
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and priorities
- Perform quality checks to ensure brand consistency
- Document progress and maintain project trackers
- Act as the communication hub for video projects
- Onboard new editors and align them with internal standards
- Join regular team check-ins and performance reviews
Abilities & Credentials
- At least 2 years of experience in video or creative project management
- Familiarity with editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Experience using Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, and Google Drive
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage shifting priorities
Time Commitment
- Full-time
- 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday
- Must be available during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
