We are a systems-first, borderless agency that never sleeps, and right now, we are looking for a brilliant AI & Automation Specialist to serve as the structural engineer behind our global production engine.
We are not looking for someone who just plays around with prompt ideas or chases AI hype. We need a native systems thinker who can build, break, and scale complex, bulletproof automated pipelines. Operating as our central automation hub, you will design the infrastructure that eliminates production friction, connects our global tool stack, and helps us build the future of automated creative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Architecture: Build, scale, and maintain company-wide, AI-powered automations to optimize business operations and video production pipelines. This includes configuring resilient data warehouses (Airtable, ClickUp, PostgreSQL) and managing secure data synchronization across our entire creative operation.
- Workflow Engineering: Develop and deploy highly efficient workflows using modern automation platforms, deep API connections, and webhooks to link third-party services seamlessly. You will handle complex API authentications (OAuth2, Bearer tokens), parse array payloads, and map custom webhook listener networks.
- Agentic Systems & Integrations: Design, test, and implement custom AI agents, internal chatbots, and smart automated review loops that handle data and communication with zero manual friction. You will build automated quality control tracks to flag video asset errors before they reach human reviewers.
- Kaizen Optimization: Constantly audit, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation tracks to eliminate latency, reduce technical debt, and keep our systems running at peak velocity. You will build self-healing pipelines with custom error-handling, automated retries, and instant alert nodes (Slack/Discord) for system breaks.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner directly with agency leadership and department-level AI Specialists to translate operational bottlenecks into scalable, automated technical solutions. You will write clean technical SOPs and record clear Loom walkthroughs to keep our borderless team synced.
Abilities & Credentials
- Proven Execution: Solid, hands-on experience building functional AI automations and system integrations deployed on real-world projects. You don't just build in sandbox environments; you know how to push live, high-volume systems to production.
- Integration Expertise: A master-level understanding of APIs, webhooks, and backend system architecture. You speak fluent JSON and naturally prefer clean, highly organized data structures over messy quick-fixes.
- The Tool Stack: Deep experience with advanced workflow automation engines (with a strong preference for n8n, but highly capable on platforms like Make/Integromat or Zapier) and low-code/no-code ecosystems.
- Technical Literacy: Basic coding knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar) to write custom code blocks and perform advanced data transformations when standard automation nodes hit a wall.
- AI Fluidity: Strong familiarity with leveraging LLMs, building structured prompt libraries, and orchestrating multi-step AI agent workflows. You know how to structure system prompts and manage temperature settings to get highly structured, reliable JSON outputs from foundation models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini).
- The "Winner" Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who moves incredibly fast, learns new technology unprompted, and treats our global team like family. You don't wait for a manual when an API changes—you dive into the developer docs and push a hotfix yourself.
