As our Social Media Manager, you have an entire Global Production Hub at your disposal. Most creators are limited by what they can edit themselves; you are limited only by your imagination. You will lead the brand authority for an agency that is redefining the creative sector, using data-driven insights from our CRM to prove the ROI of your "Viral Vision."
Responsibilities
- Creative Briefing: Direct our internal global production hub by writing high-level, technical briefs that turn raw ideas into trend-setting content.
- Lead Attribution: Track every comment, share, and DM within our CRM to analyze exactly how our social presence converts into high-value lead opportunities.
- Aesthetic Leadership: Act as the final gatekeeper for our brand's visual identity. If a piece of content isn’t "Marketu Quality," it doesn't get posted.
- Content Architecture: Develop and execute an aggressive content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn that positions Marketu as a thought leader.
- Community Intelligence: Engage with our global audience, identifying emerging trends and sentiment to keep our strategy at the cutting edge.
Abilities & Credentials
- Cultural Fluency: A deep, intuitive understanding of global internet culture, short-form algorithms, and emerging digital trends.
- Analytical Edge: Proven ability to track performance metrics and lead attribution through a CRM or advanced social analytics tools.
- Visionary Portfolio: A body of work that proves you can create content that stops the scroll and generates genuine engagement.
- Communication: Exceptional English proficiency (verbal and written). You must be able to articulate complex creative directions to our global production team.
- Drive: A self-starting, high-velocity mentality with a relentless focus on brand authority and aesthetic perfection.
Time Commitment
- Full-time: 9 hours/day (includes break), Monday to Friday.
- PST Alignment: Must be available during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours for team syncs and real-time content management.
