Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Closing: Own the entire sales funnel—from aggressive prospecting and lead qualification to final high-stakes closing.
- Strategic Partnerships: Spearhead Marketu’s growth by identifying key players in different industries and demonstrating how our global hub scales their ROI through elite video content.
- Revenue Excellence: Meet and exceed aggressive revenue targets through strategic outreach, relationship management, and sophisticated negotiation.
- Pipeline Precision: Maintain an immaculate CRM pipeline. You are the architect of lead health, responsible for attribution and rigorous follow-up sequences.
- The Voice of Marketu: Act as the face of the agency during discovery calls and presentations, commanding the room and articulating our "Systems-First" technical value.
Abilities & Credentials
- Closing Track Record: Proven experience in B2B sales, high-ticket sales, or agency-side business development. You must know how to move a "maybe" to a "yes."
- CRM Discipline: Strictly non-negotiable. You must be an expert at tracking lead health, attribution, and maintaining a data-first sales workflow.
- Communication: Elite negotiation skills and the ability to command a room (or a Zoom call) with C-suite executives and brand founders.
- Technical Literacy: A deep understanding of the video production landscape to effectively communicate our creative and technical advantages.
- Elite Mindset: A self-starting, high-velocity mentality with a relentless focus on results and brand growth.
Time Commitment
- Full-time: 9 hours/day (includes break), Monday to Friday.
- PST Alignment: Must be available during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours for client meetings and internal strategy sessions.
